People of all walks of life are done with SJWs. Content creators of all forms of media are finished with these perpetually offended infantile whiners. If anyone else has noticed, several media outlets have actually borrowed the GamerGate lexicon, particularly the term SJW itself, to describe these mewling hacks. I’ve been reading news and watching videos from PJ Media for years, and the fact they are now incorporating the term into their vocabularies is hardly a coincidence.
The most recent person to find themselves in the crosshairs of these sociopaths is voice actor Troy Baker. I know most of his roles and can identify his voice in an instant, but I know nothing of his personal life. I’m not defending him because I think he’s on our side, and even if he wasn’t I’d still defend him in this particular instance. This is no different than when GamerGate was concerned for even Randi Harper when she was (allegedly) swatted, which she then tried to claim as harassment, which just proves how absolutely certifiable she is.
Harassment Campaigns
What did Troy Baker do to incite a reaction so powerful he quit Twitter (at least for now)? The original Tweet has since been deleted, which is pointless considering the Internet never forgets. A quick Google search is all it took.
The first thing I have to say is: holy shit that is fucking hilarious. Let me give you a picture to show you.

One creepy androgynous family.
After the SJWs lit their pitchforks, Troy Baker tweeted this, then followed with his resignation from social media.
Most of the press at the moment seems to be largely in favor of Troy Baker. First off, he’s a very well-known and well-liked nerd celeb who lends his voice in several great games and animes. It would not surprise me in the least bit if he was either disinterested in GamerGate or morally misinformed into opposing it, but he’s learned a very valuable lesson: SJWs are not his fans, and they have no sense of humor.
Watch these clips and tell me if you think Troy Baker has a sense of humor.
Let’s examine the Tweet itself further. How is this tweet transphobic when it’s not even making fun of Caitlyn Jenner? The real person it pokes fun at is Bret Michaels, who kind of does look like a post-op Mickey Rourke now that it has been brought to my attention.
In the end, what is a day on Twitter if Brianna Wu doesn’t inject herself into the conversation?
Does Wu not realize how contradictory this statement is? “There is no excuse for harassment,” followed by excusing harassment. When Bob Chipman said, “There are no bad tactics, only targets,” this is exactly what he meant. They can morally justify any action against anyone, but claim they are off limits because… reasons. How very fucking convenient.
For someone who has been harassed out of the industry, why the fuck is Wu still here? If you’re going to claim to be harassed out of something, you kind of need to leave.
As for me being a white heterosexual male, fuck you Brianna Wu, I can and will decide what is and is not offensive to me. That’s a rather small list anyway, because I’m a grown-up who doesn’t have to seek therapy every time someone hurts my feelings. Also, Wu is white and straight (in Wu’s terms), so does that mean she’ll stop calling people racist homophobes, because according to her own logic, she lacks the right to do so? She won’t, but just making sure we’re all aware how hypocritical and self contradictory Wu really is.
We do have a silver lining here though. There does seem to be some push back against this flagrant stupidity and double standard. Ben Shapiro is pressing charges against Zoey Tur for battery and multiple threats. Tur isn’t even pleading misunderstanding or context: she admits she made a threat. Granted, this wasn’t Shapiro’s most elegant talk, but he was surrounded on all sides by people who never would address his question, or lacked any courage to speak on the matter. I like Dr. Drew, but we all know damn well why he kept avoiding talking about genes. Shapiro can dig at a nerve, but you’ll never see him lose his shit in a debate, as he remained rather calm even while under the legitimate threat of violence.
In addition, the entire Internet—with few exceptions—is siding with Troy Baker. Within hours, a new hashtag was created in defense of Troy. If anyone wants to know, yes, #IStandWithTroy. I made a little picture too, feel free to use it.
